Vivek Tripathi has vast experience teaching and training students/expat communities abroad from countries like the UK, the US, Netherlands, France, Japan, Malaysia, Austria, Korea, Poland, Spain, China, Indonesia, etc. Vivek has dedicated nearly 2500+ hours to lectures in Hindi.

Vivek's Hindi class involves pronunciation practice, grammar training, and vocabulary development, which are major objectives. The USP of his class is a mathematical approach to Hindi topics and tips to enhance retention skills.

He brings multi-dimensional experience by engaging students in activities like flashcards, video films and play sessions. He talks about Indian heritage and scriptures to give you a broader approach towards Hindi and Hinduism.

I am going to work in India, What is the best course option for me?

Yay, it's the best opportunity to learn Hindi in a Hindi-speaking environment. If you are coming for a short span of time (or just travelling to India for a few months), then go for the Survival Hindi Course of 14 days, and if you are coming for a larger amount of work or a project of 2-3 years, the best course to choose is Spoken Hindi Course of 3 months. The survival Course contains only introductory and basic (Grammar + Vocabulary), but the Spoken Course contains (Full Grammar + All Important Vocabulary).

Why should I hire you as my Hindi trainer?

The most important thing I offer is my scientific learning of the Hindi Language, be it Morphology, Phonetics, Semantics and/or Pragmatics. You prepare a very strong fundamental base through a mathematical understanding of the Hindi language. Apart from being a native speaker, I am a researcher of Hindi Linguistics, so my way of explanation will seem very logical to you in every part of the course.

What do you cover in your Hindi Classes?

Every Hindi class starts with a discussion of 15-20 minutes (discussion of assignments, situations etc. in Hindi). No books are followed for any of my lectures - all the content which I teach, you have to just make notes. Is your classes free or paid?

I follow a very easy principle for this. If you are able to pay, then pay and if you are not, don't pay. Just mention it to me, I will do free classes for you. I already did many free 1-to-1 classes for a few of my trainees. So, don't worry about money, just bring-in your determination and we will be good to go.

How much do you charge, if I wish to go for paid course ?

Conventionally, for any of my courses, I charge 15-20$ per hour which will include my teaching cost and material cost. For offline classes at your home or workplace, travelling costs will be extra to be paid by trainees. No travelling cost to be paid for online classes.

Is your classes online or offline?

Pre-COVID situations, I used to conduct offline classes, both at home and in the offices. However, after COVID-19, I prefer to maintain the mutual health situation and convenience. Hence, only online classes are offered now.

Do you conduct exams to check Hindi learning ability ?

There are no exams (who needs that extra pressure). We build confidence and practical skills through guided activities, lessons and speaking challenges. We can have endless conversations about the things in life you actually care about.

Where are you based in India?

I am based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. I have enough bandwidth/ internet connection everywhere to do uninterrupted online classes, if you are choosing the same.

Do you have any pre-recorded video course?

No, I don't have any pre-recorded classes, but you can find 100s of Vocabulary Lectures on my Instagram account- @HindiByVivek. I have been contacted by a few international companies to sell my course content through their platform, but I wish to self-record my content and offer my course for a lifetime through the Udemy Platform. As I am doing animation and a few other things for video editing in my course, it's taking a lot of time, and I don't have an exact date for the course launching. So, I hope to offer a pre-recorded video course in the future.

I wish to learn Hindi but can't come to India, Can we do an online class?

Yes, online classes are offered. Just mail me at HindiByVivek@gmail.com and mention your free slots, we can schedule it accordingly.

What are the online payment options do you offer?

I have Transferwise as an option for payment, or you can simply do an account transfer to my Indian account (My bank account supports international transactions, unlike other regular Indian accounts).

What is the procedure of booking classes with you?

You can email me anytime at HindiByVivek@gmail.com. I read every email, and will get back to you as soon as possible. Once slots are confirmed over the call or through e-mail, we can start the class asap. After 2-3 classes, I share a "Code of Conduct" document with my trainees to keep our conducts well structured for upcoming classes (not apply to Survival Hindi Course).

I can't pay in once, Can I do payment in installment?

Yes. You can discuss monthly pre-payment or post-payment options with me before starting the class.

Do you provide any certificate after the class?

No, I don't provide any certification after the course. However, I can write formal consent that I have conducted your Hindi classes if you want a refund from your organisation. I provide billing for every transaction between you and me.

Do you do any batch-classes or group-classes?

Batch classes are offered only if you or your organisation hires me to teach many learners of the same organisation. I don't do group classes if trainees are from different organisations, as mixing them can lead to a less focused course curriculum. I look for quality teaching rather than quantity teaching.

Do you teach Hindi to the kids ?

No, I don't teach kids. The curiosity of kids is unimaginable, and it should not be stopped. My course is very time-bound and hence designed according to the short-time learning period or living period of my trainees. It does not suit well to the requirements of the kids, hence my course will not help the kids.
